My Ride K-12 Functions

How to Set Up Your My Ride K-12 App

  1. Download the My Ride K-12 App from your app store. 
  2. If you had an account with Traversa Ride 360, you will login with your existing account information. 
  3. If you do not have a Traversa Ride 360 account, you should select "Sign Up." 
  4. Fill in the information requested. 
    1. Email
    2. Given Name
    3. Family Name
    4. Password
  5. Select our district by typing in "Deer Creek School District 551006" and select. 
  6. On occasions, there will be important information that appears when you first login. You may "dismiss" to clear this information. 
  7. Locate your student's ID number. If you do not have this, you may go to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and select "Today" or "Documents - Testing Portal Information" 
  8. Choose the plus sign at the top right corner to select your student. 
    1. Note: Only two people may register a student at one time. 
  9. Enter the student ID and select "Find Student" at the bottom of the screen. 
    1. If you have more than one student, you must find each student separately. 
  10. Enter the student's birthdate. Format: MM/DD/YYYY

How to Use the App

Access My Ride K-12 Online

Users can also access My Ride K-12 online. This website offers two unique options: 

  1. If you are unsure of your school for elementary age children, you may select the "Find My School" button at the bottom of the login page. Enter your address and it will show you the elementary school your student should attend. 
  2. You may choose your student and choose any of the pickups or drop off points. This will show you a map with the exact location marked.
